My Cutlass Convertable taken a few years ago. Three nights later
  my brother the Sheriff was describing the car to another officer when
  the
  other cop said "is it the same color as that one?" Two of the three
  punks
  got sent up and I restitution for the minimal damage. Sometimes the
  system
  works. (But if we are going to have a party for the perps I want to
  help:))
