This is a request to all club presidents ( kings, dictators, etc. ) but not to
everybody on the list please.
Yesterday I spoke with a representative of Summerfield Foods in California.
They currently produce a line of 'Car Cookies', similar to Animal Crackers.
They market them in GM, Chevrolet, Corvette, Chrysler and Ford. The cookies are
shaped like the cars and the boxes have information about different cars. I
bought a case of Vettes for OROC's next gathering. At $23.76 per case of 24,
and freight free for car clubs, it was just something I couldn't pass up ( much
to the chagrin of my wife! ).
The best part of my conversation was when I mentioned that I was buying for a
Datsun club, Jim said they were talking with Nissan about a line of cookies!!!
While I don't want to flood their offices with phone calls, it might be
encouraging to them to hear from a representative of each roadster club. I have
requested that Z clubs do the same (through my local Z club, Z Association of
Cleveland, Ohio, ZACO). If some one with contacts in the 510 world could pass

BTW, since the cookies are car related, I'm assuming they are low calorie, low
