Not in the Bay area, Daniel. But the central valley (much of it,
anyway) is dry enough part of the time. The deserts, of course, and
the Inland Empire (San Bernardino, Riverside, Ontario, et.) most of
the time. I don't have the numbers on it, this is just spaeking from
experience. They do a great job in Hemet (about an hour north of
CDM.)
