After the postings on head thickness of 4.530 as not cut , i measured a new
head it was 4.560 , but then thought that maybe the last run of new heads
happened to be thicker than the original heads.. So I went out and measured
some used heads that i have ... I have over 30 heads and i found a few of
them at 4.550 , some at 4.530 and the rest around 4.500...
But it is really hard to tell if some of the thiner heads where ever shaved
or not.. But from my experiance any head under 4.500 is not very reliable...
and needs a lot of modes to work ....
