If he wants to stay away from low-profile tires, he'd better forget about the
15x7 wheels. If you
get the offset JUST EXACTLY RIGHT, a 15x7 will fit but Panasport is the only
one I know of that
knows the offset. And at that size wheel, probably a 195/60 is the only tire
that will fit, and
that's kinda low-profile.
I'd suggest a 14x6 wheel and 185/70 tires.
