You can blame him for not knowing. This list is so very rare as not having a
moderator or editor. Every other list does. We on the other hand, police
ourselves, and do so quite well. Ok, we get a little off topic, but only
because we like talking to each other, Also quite rare in mailing lists! As
far as his message not coming through, well, we all had that happen. Only
for it to show up three days later.
