Well, charging problems are over! with the help of Vic Laury, I got my
alternator rebuilt. I reinstalled it with all the original charging
components.
It works just fine!!!!!
funny, the field windings were shorted and the rebuilder himself said
"has nothing to do with overcharging, it sounds like the voltage
regulator"
WRONG!!! put that puppy in and charges proper now.
For work I took a trip to Arizona in the roadster, did great!!!
So, anyone from Az want to hook up I'm in the Phoenix area for about a
week.
BTW, thanks to everyone who has helped me with my charging problem
