I am fairly new to the roadster world and having never had the pleasure of
running my roadster yet. I have found out that the hood "scoop" was
supposed to be functional. A previous owner had closed it off. Too many
bugs getting on the firewall? Also, my rad did not have that air deflector
piece below it. I didn't know it existed initially. Larry.

I did not have any problems coming home from RA. Because of the others, I
just monitored the temp guage a little more than normal. My temp guage ran
just right of the 2nd hash mark the whole way home. Radiator has been
flushed out but not boiled or cleaned. Maybe I need to do that
