Daniel,

Had similar problems in both my roadster and a '52 Nash (don't ask) -
Roadster was broken motor mount, only made noise when in a very tight right
hand turn. Nash was worn universal joints on drive shaft. Clanked in both
right and left turns. Both easy fixes. Good Luck
