4 spd Trany and gasket kit

Well, the first adventure into the transmission rebuilding is almost over and
...almost no spare parts left over :):) I do have a item in the gasket kit
that I can not match though - an extra -  - 32710-14600 - called Ring-O-
Pinion Sleeve. Where the heck does that one go? I've matched everything else
that came out and nada. Any ideas and descriptions that might be helpful?
