I don't think that "simple" bolt can be replaced. I tried to do it on an
extra hinge I have but no matter what I did wouldn't remove it. Maybe a
press can get it out but I think it would be easier just to replace it.

These hinges are rather weak and tend to bend if not lubricated so if you
have door alignment problems check the hinges.
