Upper Chain Tightner Lock?

I noticed a comment a while back about lock tabs on the U20 upper chain
tightner bolts.  I just finished removing my head and installing a new
head gasket.  The tightner bolts did not have any obstacles like tabs in
the way of their removal.  I take it there should have been.  Are these
lock tabs available, or does someone have one in their goodie box I
could deal for?
