Dave,
Any small machine shop should be able to turn the OD of the rotors down for
your swap - I had a local shop do mine for Volvo calipers.  The same shop
will tell you you're better off having the faces done by an auot parts
place - they have a specialized lathe for facing rotors that can do both
side evenly.
I found the machine shop by calling several automotive machine shops ( the
ones that do engine work ) till one of them gave me the name of a shop than
does cross-drilling, etc.
