Clamps will increase the spring rate, reduce the likelihood of bottoming and
probably not change the ride height (especially if you bolt the clamps on
when the rear suspension is loaded.
Torsion bars (as in an anti-sway bar) will not change ride height or
increase spring rate except during cornering. It won't keep the car from
bottoming when going in a straight line.
Helper springs will increase the spring rate, increase the ride height and
reduce the likelihood of bottoming.
All three will make the car tend more toward oversteer.
