Yes, NASA needs the PR. Some people just see the money spent not the
returns. The Putters we use now are because of the space program. What we need
is
another cost be damned project like the moon flights, not a low bid program
like
the shuttle. Then all this great power we have can be used for the good of man
not more wars.
