Andrew,
        You probably have a bad solenoid on your starter.   Old school
method is to take a hammer and tap the solenoid, but in light of your cars
fresh work, I don't think I'd take that chance.      It's definately your
starter though since you don't have a sound, but everything else works and
you can push start.
