By replacing the seats the valves will be lower in the head.  This will give 
more clearance between the rocker and the cam.  If you add shims to the cam 
towers then you will get even more clearance between the cam and the rocker.  
On top of the valves are shims that adjust for this.  You will probably have to 
put thicker shims on top of the valves.  You will probably have to get the cam 
towers line-bored if they are removed from the head and then reinstalled.
