(1) Don't know. I believe body color.
(2) Black. As far as I can tell, mine has never been re-painted.
(3) Definitely black. Again, mine hasn't been re-painted and the sales
pamphlet that came with the car clearly shows a black overflow tank.

My early '67 1600 is at the paint shop. Few questions on paint colors:
(1) Are the "door stop retainers" (keep the doors from opening
excessively) painted the same color as the body?
(2) The "bar" at the top of the center of the firewall that connects the
accelerator--is it painted?
(3) The radiator overflow tank.
Also, is there a cheap alternative for replacing the side window channel
rubber/felt (keeps the window snug as it travels up and down). I would
think this is somewhat universal among older cars.
