If the picture in your link is somewhat color acurate, I would correct your
color information as follows:

> Red = RED
> Turquoise (blue?) = BLUE
> Green/White = BLUE/WHITE
> Green = BLACK (* see explanation)
> Green/Red = BLUE/RED

Then using the "corrected" colors connect the motor and check for operation.
Do yourself a favor and FIRST remove the wiper arms in case it operates in
reverse (i.e. wipes DOWN first instead of UP.)

By looking at the picture, those wires you have labeled Green/White and
Green/Red look closer to the "turquoise" color you assigned previously.
Taking that as Blue, the rest follow. The Green wire, the only standout as
far as the color scheme goes, would correspond to the Black.

I can't get to the car right now to double check but several things point to
the motor being correct (granted just from the one picture).

The motor is mounted to the proper mounting bracket.

It is using the individual 5 spade connectors, which aside from the lack of
a single connector housing or color correctness, coincide with what it
"should" be.

The brand of motor ( JIDECO ) "rings" a bell.

I won't be able to confirm until I can get under the passenger side to take
a pic.

Hope it helps in the meantime
E
