Thanks for the info. I guess I'll order the JC Whitney version to make my
life easier. Then I can always have it matched up locally. I already have
the BFE H/B kit installed, so I just need the right size pulley and to work
up proper bracketing.

I fired the engine up today after finally locating the right size fan belt
for the BFE kit sans alternator. Its 5/16" wide and 32.5" long. It runs
great this time, no oil or water leaks and the head gasket has sealed
properly. I retorqued it already just to be safe (I'll do it again next
time I fire her up too!). I had to run water into the radiator to keep the
temp down. I'm not sure if the water pump is not pumping or what. The
belt does not appear to be the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm almost there, so I want to thank all those who responded to my head
gasket questions last time around.
