Seatttle Double National/ half shafts

Well a TR3 was on the pole for both races and was in the lead.  We finished
second to a miata both times.  I drove the car VERY hard and went quickly.
The track is VERY bumpy and the wheels stayed on (I did not think of the
current FOT problem with half shafts whilst on the track).  I made certain
that the rear suspension was not hitting the bump stops, and that the rear
dampers were in good order. I run about 20PSI tire pressure.
   It seems unlikely, but I wonder if some rear
hub removal techniques might aggravate the problem.  My one outter half
shaft failure was NOT by the key retaining punch marks, as terrible as
they look to the eye. 
   I wonder if any of us could track down the origional factory production
drawings for the Half Shafts?     Good Racing    HP
