My guesstimate shows 0..0003482459 miles per minute on tall tires.
This would be 125.36 mph at 6,000 RPM  (0.0003482459*6000*60)

As redline on these race engines is above this, I would say the
combo is just about at its peak and you need
more HP or less wind or less rolling resistence
to increase the speed.

A 3.45 or OD WOULD NOT help at all!
