OK, here's mine.  I'm currently using a mix of the original oil
with some added STP.  As I recall, its about 3 tablespoons or so
per shock.  I poured the oil out of both shocks, mixed in the STP
and added it back to the shocks and bench tested the increase in
resistance with the shock mounted in a vise.  I then repeated the
process until I was happy with the increased stiffness.
