I currently have my 74 TR6 a part for major surgery. When it gets back
together, I will be employing a single 2 1/2 inch exhaust pipe. I
would like to collect some insight from the group as to which would be a
better muffler solution : Flowmaster Delta Force or 4 inch (?)
Supertrap. By the time I add tips to the Flowmaster my cost is only a
little more for the traps.
The question is, which one "flows" better/sounds better [have been
running pacesetter Monza duel exhaust which really sounded great at
WOT].

Second question -- I run a hose from the rocker cover vent tube to the
charcoal antirunon filter to vent the engine [no other use for the
canister, the electrical is not hooked up and I have triple webers for
carbs]. I have removed and plugged the PCV valve hole. Do I need any
other crankcase breather? I do have an electric fuel pump and could rig
a breather hose out of the plate covering the hole of the mechanical
pump. Just want to know if this is needed, or if sufficient crankcase
breathing occurs via the rocker cover.

Thanks,
Chuck Arnold
