Bob,

If you can put together a design of what you want and submit it to Bob 
Southwick, then he can give you a quote and you can try to solicit enough 
orders to make a production run. That is what Jack Drews did for the big 
TR's. Jack wanted aluminum hubs for his car, and he and Bob designed the 
hubs to take oversized wheel bearings. Then Jack solicted orders until he 
got enough to meet Southwick's minimum. Jack didn't make a penny on the 
deal, all he wanted was the hubs and he got what he wanted. The same can 
work for the Spitfire/GT6 crowd.
