I wasn't very descriptive...    They're cast aluminum.   I believe they 
came off a TR 4A parts car, but I don't remember.

Here's two aluminum spacers that raise the height of the front springs 
on a TR 4, etc.   They're 5/8" thick. 
If you like your front springs, but don't like the ride height, maybe 
this is the cheap answer.
