Racecar Insurance

I've got some vintage street cars and my TR3A vintage racecar insured 
with Hagerty.  It seems like I'm getting raped on the race car 
insurance.  For example, the TR3A racecar is insured for $8000 and it's 
covered when it's in the garage, trailer or paddock, but not on the 
street or track, at a cost of $84 per year.  My TR-250 street car is 
insured for $7000, anywhere and everywhere, at a cost of $42 per year.  
This seems a bit out of proportion.  Any suggestions?
