Getting restarted

Since the Walter Mitty- FOT event is at my home track this year. I need
to get on the ball and renew my license.
For vintage racing what is the best school to go to renew my license?  
The last year I had a vintage license (SVRA) was '96. I also had a
regional SCCA license.
Should I go to the SCCA Double drivers school in Savannah or is there 
a better route to take for a vintage license.
