Dan Styduhar, who has been helping me with the TR-3 the last three years,
wanted me to ask the list if anyone could provide background information on Mr.
Waltman, who drove the 12 hours of Sebring in a TR-4. Dan is in the process of
writing an article for his Triumph Club:

The question was about the fellow who drove the entire
12 hours of Sebring in 1963 in a TR4. His last name
was Waltman.
I wanted to know some background on him. To undertake
such a prestigious event such as the 12 hours of
Sebring on your own typifies how committed and skilled
TRIUMPHERS of past years were and TRIUMPHERS of the
present day continue to be.
Got the traction rod all straightened out.
