While I'm nominating folks I would also like to get Don Couch from my
local Triumph club onto the FoT list. He has put together a very nice
street/autocross Spitfire and has the bug. At our club meeting last
night Don told me he has decided to step up from autocrossing into road
racing and he has a 1979 Spitfire to convert into a racer. Our TX club
stops at 1972 SCCA rules but I think that he can build it to the 1972
spec pretty easily. Don would love some help from the Spit contingent.
