I have Sierra Specialty Automotive do my re-sleeving, after bad experiences
with several other
companies. He uses brass, and leaves you to do the rebuild.

That said - I tend to buy new these days for anything that is still available
on the market, just
because I know that my assembly environment is not as clean as that found in a
factory.
