Happy Holidaze,

First I wanted to thank many of you that sent me ideas and photos of pan
baffles last spring when I started this project. I am finally back on
this project putting the finishing touches on things and its time for a
final design review to make sure I did not miss something and make
things worse.

At the following link you will find photos of the trap door system I
fabricated. Seems everyone complained about losing oil on left hand
corners and no-one mentioned a right hand issue so there is only one
baffle down the length and a transverse baffle thinking braking going
into a corner throws oil forward, might as well keep it there. I took
ideas from what worked for some and added trap doors designed like my
Moroso pan one of my other toys. The doors flop easily, not worried
about them sticking, surprisingly easy to fabricate.

Don't be polite - I'd rather trash it all than trash the motor.

Thanks again for all your help last spring...

Best,

Mark
