Hey Alex, funny to see you here, I'm an FOT member since Peyote is a TR3-based
special, as is my AMBRO and the cheater TR3 I first started vintage racing
with. Hope these guys can help you out. I know the car more through the
Mincheff's ownership than Doug Ross. To clarify for the members, Jacquelyn
Mincheff (who I think was or is an FOT member) raced the Rosebud for awhile.
She's moved on to a Lotus and a Lola T70 that she drives very well.
I've known Alex for quite a few years, his sister was one of my company's most
stellar salespeople, and I've bought a watch or two and some baubles for Diane
at Alex's beautiful Watch store. Alex, we did talk about you having bought
Jacqui's car but I somehow forgot it has a long history and is well known to
this group. I'm in Maui, working hard at my new career as a surf bum, but when
I get back to Oregon in the spring I'm going to drag you to a vintage race or
two. I bet the bug bites.
