Chris says he has measured with a carb balancer, but didnt mention any
specific values.
I have used a shop cloth on the oil fill opening. It appears to have
substantial vacuum.
Note: it appears that the reason for banning this feature has been lost to
time....at least for the moment.
If it's adds value and causes no harm, the rule should be rethought.
Interesting stuff.
