I don't have a record of what the angles are on hand, but to be clear...
are all the components you are using stock?
If so, replace the rubber puck mountings on the front of the diff with
polyurethane ones and you are done here.
None of those angles need to be changed for a racing application; but the
bushings should be poly. All of that is fine for a fresh set of u-joints.
Spicer (best)  (or Japanese GMB? brand from TSImported Automotive ...fine
as well)
These are the last few u joints I have used and have served well.
