I have the Isky TR4 spring set (TR-05 and TR-06) and the max coil bind
height is 1.060".  Installed height is 1.625". So the max lift would be the
difference between the two. This would depend also on the spring seat
pressure, which is 100 lbs. on the spec. sheet.
