New England Triumphs caravaned to Mid-Ohio to help Rich Bolton and his newl=
y acquired TR3 (formerly John Harness' car) - when I got to the track, I re=
alized that I had left my bag of film at home. Rich came through and handed=
me a box of fresh Kodachrome with the instruction: get some good shots. I =
got a lot of good shots that weekend, but for the All Triumph feature I dec=
ided that catching cars coming through the esses would be fun. About half-w=
ay through the race, I put the Canon T70 down to shoot some video. I got th=
e video posted here. When I picked up the camera to blow off the last coupl=
e of frames, the camera had died. I was amazed that it worked then just die=
d with no warning. I tried shooting film for about a year after that, but t=
he event led to my adopting digital cameras.

In any case, I got around 100 film images from that weekend and I've scanne=
d a few, but I thought the greater FOT might like to sea AND HEAR the cars =
- and see Chris Petch's (sp?) miraculous "comeback" for the feature.
