I am still looking to find out what is the proper material to use for both 
buffers to limit end travel of shift shafts.  One is located on the bell 
housing the other on the OD adapter plate.  I want something that will stand up 
to oil (Redline MT90) is somewhat plyable (it is a buffer after all) but won't 
disentergrate or compress over time.
