Little trick I learned a long time ago - use a Subaru sealing washer p/n
81276-4110 at the dealer.  It's a rubber cup sealing washer - works like a
damn, and one cannot tell it's there.

Looks like I have an oil leak around the bolt on the middle and rear
lifter access panels.  The Cu washers are there but original. Other than
new washers what other methods might be used to stop the leak. .  This
is a complete rebuild with about  100 miles on it. Barry Pate 1967 BJ8
