What I was looking at is a set of Goodridge Stainless brake hoses like
Dennis Welch sells. These are Teflon pipes with stainless steel braiding
which have a greater resistance to abrasions and do not swell under high
brake line pressures, therefore giving a better pedal feel. Anyone use
them?

I would stick with the rubber hoses, not sure what you mean by flexible
steel
unless its the outer braided jacket.

I have used a vacuum bleeder for years. te bleedong equipment is sold
separately and I purchased a decent hand vacuum pump to operate it. Look at
the
link for an example
