My late-production tricarb, of which I am the original owner, has the
pressed-in brass fittings, over which (friction tight) goes a short clear tube,
bent
at 90 degrees, with a bright-finished spring liner. The drains themselves are
semi-rigid black plastic (?) having a thin wall, inserted (again friction
tight) into the clear elbow, which are routed down through the most convenient
frame holes, to allow any backed-up fuel to drip on the ground.
