I have had good luck with a product called PB Blaster on frozen/corroded
stuff don't know about MAP gas and heating, I just use a propane torch when
I apply heat, it doesn't get as hot as MAP gas if I remember correctly.  I
have had a couple of projects lately where I had anticpated much swearing
and scraped knuckles, used PB Blaster, anticpated problems with getting old
parts off didn't materialize.

No financial interest, just a happy customer, any auto parts place should
have it.
