Question Trunk Seal and Trunk Bumber install

Hi,

 

In my Moss Motors rubber kit, I have a trunk seal and trunk lid bumpers.
The seal would cover the trunk bumper holes.

 

How do these go together?  Do I just cut out an area in the trunk seal
around the trunk lid bumpers?
