Patton,
If you have the fenders off it's a simple job to install the air ducts. The 
only thing then is the fact that if the blower is mounted in place there 
will be limited access to the fender bolts on the right side. Again, clamp 
the ducts firmly to the blower unit but leave the assembly loose in the 
fender well. Then you can get at the fender beading tabs and bolts to 
tighten them. Lastly mount the blower via it's 4 mounting bolts and washers 
in the inner fender arch.
