Wait a minute here. Balancing the rotors isn't a bad sugestion. 
Especially if you find that the previous owner lost a front wheel at 
some time and took almost 3/8" of the bottom of the dust shield and 
there's a flat side on the rotor to match. Tom, remind me to show it to 
you sone time.
