Who made your seat upholstery kit, and who made the seat back foams?

I had no problem installing the seat bottoms but when slipping the seat
back
covers over the frame its a very tight fit side to side. This causes a big
gap in the lower back area that even when warmed up and stretched it seems
it
would be hard to get the lower back to stay glued down after pressing it in
place. Plan is to place the other seat back on top and weight it down to
hold in place but wanted to see if anyone else had seen this when fitting
them.

  Much thanks,
