I use Denis Welch "Fast Road" cam and like it. Bit gutless at low revs, but
great once you wind it up a little. Note "a little"...it's not too wild at
all.

Subject: Street use Cams

I requested info last week about lightened flywheels and mild cams for
my BJ8.

I received some valuable responses, but would like to have more feedback:
For those of you who have used non-stock grind cams for street use, what
kind of results have you had?

What kind of specs does your cam have? and most importantly, how does
the car operate (in your subjective view)...is the idle smooth, loping,
rough, etc. and what kind of street performance changes did you notice?

I'm trying to get the picture in order to make a good decision, since I
hope to only get one cam and have it meet my needs.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Robert
