Classic Collectables (http://ahealey.com) has a complete kit (all the
heat shield stuff) for $150.00 for BJ8 and less for other models. I have
used it twice and am very happy with the kit. He also has a lot of very
good fitting sheet metal. I have used the trunk floor twice and it fits
very well and has the proper accessories, nuts, etc.

I use HardiBoard which is available at building supply stores. It even
looks much like the original asbestos. It is very hard to cut (ruined a
lot
of saber saw blades). Finally got smart and asked the store what to use
and
they sold me a special blade for my skill saw. Cuts like a knife in hot
butter. Once you make all the straight cuts, you can finish w/ the
saber
saw.
