Send them back!!  Have worldwide rebuild your old ones.  

FYI in the future DO NOT order directly from Moss.  Order from a Moss
reseller who knows healeys like www.britishcarspecialists.com (the
Nocks).  They have all this stuff already sorted out and will not pass
on bad Moss parts to you.  The Nocks have done alot of hard work to
figure out all the bits and pieces for Healeys... but they will still
honor the Moss pricing on the Moss stuff they will sell you.
