Thanks to the listers who replied to my question about vapor lock. Suggestions to look at included faulty fuel pump (contact points), ignition condenser, coil, rotor, distributor ground wire, faulty heat shield, low on fuel. We'll check them all out, with the fuel pump being the first priority. Jim |
